FAQ: Where's My Order?

A message for our online customers:

Due to Covid-19, Canada Post is operating with fewer staff and experiencing a higher than normal volume of deliveries. As a result you may experience longer than normal wait times for your packages to arrive.

Our webshop operates Mon-Fr, 9:00am-5:00pm (regular business hours). We are able to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days, which includes being dropped off at the Canada Post Depot. When we process your order a shipping label is printed and you receive an email with a tracking # for Canada Post.

Please keep in mind that tracking information is not being updated as regularly because Canada Post is not scanning at point of contact in an effort to maintain safe social distancing.

This situation has increased our regular shipping period from 3-5 business days to 3-10 business days. We understand that this current global crisis has been hard on everyone and we appreciate your patience during this time. 

 Friendly Advice:

1) Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays, on the weekend, and on holidays will not be fulfilled until the next regular work day.

2) If you live in Burlington, Toronto, Hamilton, Oakville, or Mississauga our stores are offering Same Day and Next Day shipping on orders placed through our Cannabis  menus. These menus also offer a curated selection of accessories as well,

3) Our London location is offering this same delivery service to the city of London.
