When you visit FriendlyStranger.com, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Whenever possible, Friendly Stranger Holdings Corp strives to keep all customer data within Canada with the objective of securing customer data. For Example, if you place a cannabis order on our website your data will be processed through a third party supplier called Courier Plus Inc. (“dutchie,”). Dutchie is a company based in the United States that provides its services of cannabis menu display to many Ontario cannabis retailers through their website www.dutchie.com (the “Site”) and through its mobile applications and related. In addition, personal information may be disclosed or transferred to another party during the course of, or completion of, a change in ownership of or the grant of a security interest in, all or a part of Friendly Stranger Holdings Corp or its affiliates through, for example, an asset or share sale, or some other form of business combination, merger or joint venture, provided that such party is bound by appropriate agreements or obligations and required to use or disclose your personal information in a manner consistent with the use and disclosure provisions of this Privacy Policy, unless you consent otherwise.

Finally, your personal information may be disclosed:

  • as permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements;

  • as part of Friendly Stranger’s regular reporting activities;
