(The Lady at the Counter was Great) This Company really needs a overhaul. i go to purchase the item, paid, go to pick it up, not allowed to have product. The product is up for disposal, she can not give it to me. Take this off the website, if we can not purchase it. The refund also take about 5 days. So for now on i am just going to call first to make sure i can have the product, then pay, then go pick it up. Come on Fire & Flower not cool.
